Rubys Saturday Christmas Boogietime
Christmas themed, Saturday Soft Play and Boogietime.
Our special Saturday Christmas Session with Soft Play, Christmas Songs, Dancing Christmas Trees, Snowball fights, Puppets, Bubbles, Parachute Play and a visit from our special guests ROCKIN' SANTA, RUDOLPH and OLAF (who WILL make it snow). Dress in your best Christmas Outfits and get ready to have a Crazy, Christmas Boogie with us. Please note for this session only we are charging per attendee (that's adults and siblings over 6 months too). Every child (that has paid for a ticket) will receive a little Christmas goody bag with a jingle bell instrument, christmas hat, reindeer food and chocolate treat (please advise us in advance of any allergies) This event is booking only and the morning will run like this: 9am the soft play area downstairs and the cafe will be open. You may purchase refreshments, bacon butties etc.. and enjoy these while your children play on the low-level soft play (under your supervision of course). Please be aware, like every café we do not allow you to bring and eat your own food in the café/soft play. The café is another income stream for the Ruby's Fund Charity so we would appreciate your support. 9.45am we will call you upstairs to the lovely, spacious siblings’ room. We aim to start the session at 10am and this will last about an hour and you may bring your refreshments upstairs too. 11am the Boogietime class will end and you may go back downstairs until 12 noon for another play and the cafe will still be open to purchase drinks and food. We kindly request you vacate the centre by 12.15pm so we can prepare for the afternoon booking. Tickets for this event are sold on an individual basis as we need to keep an eye on room numbers and we do tend to have more adults attending on a Saturday so please make sure you select the correct option when booking. Cancellation Policy
Full terms and conditions and our cancellation policy are available on request. All our Boogietime sessions can be pre-booked or you can drop-in and pay on the door. All Boogietime classes accept cards, cash or bank transfer. We do not offer refunds once you have booked online but if you need to cancel your place please let us know and we will carry your booking forward to the following week. You can also transfer your booking to a friend. Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Fun & Sign Courses require full payment at the time of booking. Our Refund table is as follows:- Three weeks notice - 100% refund minus £5 admin and card charges Two weeks notice - 50% refund. One weeks notice 25% refund. We are a very accommodating company and as parents ourselves we understand that situations beyond your control may arise in the early days.
